We make two types of container houses: 1) Sandwich panel container house. Less cost,easy transport, fast installation. 2) Shipping container house. Stronger,fully finish in our factory, wholly pack for export.   Container house is a kind of new prefab house that is different from the traditional products, with the features of more comfortable and convenient. It is mainly used for the large oil field base, building site, market, and wind power station to meet the needs of the constructors’ office and accommodation. A business trip to Sabah,Malayisa   Quality customers need long-term maintenance, and we are very happy to have opportunity to have a business trip to Malaysia.We visit our customers and see around to investigate the demand for our prefab house products in the local market.   After more than three hours of flight time, we arrived at the Kota Kinabalu air port, waiting for the customer to pick us.Then we started a five-day Malaysian business trip.It is very nice of him and his wife to guide us.   The weather in Sabah is very good, the scenery on the island is beautiful, the blue-green water is crystal clear. They are very hospitable,and took us to try the local food which we have not eat before. That is very specical,and we can feel the enthusiasm of the local people,they are really nice~ In addition to focusing about the work, our customer carried us all the way to see around.  We strongerly feel passionate hospitality of the the customer. Finally, the client also took us to a small village in Sabah (the hometown of the client's wife). We can find the house is mostly made in prefabricated type,that is very simple and easy to build. Confidently believe that our prefab houses products are really workable for the local market. The last day, the customer invited us to dinner at their home. We felt excited and a little bit tension. Because we were afraid that we may not understand the etiquette and did not perform properly in front of the customer's family.   But at last,we found that everything was not really like we thought.The family of the customer was very friendly to us.Except for sitting on the ground and eating with our hands, we were not bound to any etiquette. We all had a lot of fun during the preparation of dinner and at the dinner time. This is a very enjoyable journey and we hope that there will be more opportunities to visit different customers in different places in the future. Thank you~ :)

We got a order from our local market in Guicheng,Foshan City last month. This orderis totally 48 pcs shipping container house for shopping center.   Chinese New Year is approaching and we stilll very busy with the production orders. We are today delivery the first lot of this order 8 pcs container house(Semi finished product) to the construction site before our CNY holiday.   We made this steel structure frame with roof and bottom or some parts with wall,then the client finish the empty wall side with fully glass.It can be separated one by one or combine as the whole units.This type of structure is very popular nowadays.     This is another simlar container house project we finished a few month ago as a property sales center.     We will keep on updating the rest of the lots we delivery for this order,thank you~  

A new type of steel structure wall system(pour concrete and foam) for multi-storey building,strong,good insulation,fast installation. This new type of structural building is more match with the concept of modern environmental protection. We no longer tied to traditional building It is not only the life of a traditional building that can last for more than 50 years,this new type of building is also can reach that long life span.   This structure originated in Taiwan. At the beginning, people could not generally accept it. But when Taiwan experienced an earthquake, only this kind of house with this structure did not collapse, and other houses were destroyed.   Since then, the house of this structure has been considered to be a building with strong earthquake resistance, and it has gradually gained favor from people.  

Now we have a steel structure warehouse about 10,000 square meter in Davao,Philippines. We have sent an engineer to guide on site,and our engineer at site working closely with the local installation worker. Regarding to the large project, if needed we can dispatch engineer to guide on site. however, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages( USD$150/day)will be on the buyer’s account.   Our engineer responsibility is guiding the worker at site and follow up their installation. If there is any problem, iif he cannot communicate with the workers. He will directly report to us and then find way to solve it.          

With the development of the company, in order to better support our production of the housing, we have equipped an aluminum alloy door and window production line in January,2019.   From now on, we can produce all kinds of the aluminum window & door by ourselves,and do not need to purchase from the other supplier. That will be more easy to design any styles for the customized clients' requirements.    We have complete machine production equipments, professional engineers and production workers. We positioning the production of high standard and A  grade doors and windows, focusing on quality and pursuing perfection.
